ProDentim Ingredients Explained

ProDentim Ingredients Explained — an independent, evidence-conscious guide designed to separate checkable facts from marketing claims.

Evidence standard: Probiotic effects can be strain- and outcome-specific. Research on an ingredient or another formulation does not establish that ProDentim itself produces the same result.

Current formula presentation

The manufacturer currently highlights three probiotic organisms—L. paracasei, B. lactis BL-04 and L. reuteri—and describes a combined 3.5 billion probiotics. It also highlights inulin, malic acid, tricalcium phosphate and peppermint.

How to read that list

For probiotics, species and strain are not interchangeable concepts. Exact strain designations make it easier to connect a commercial organism to published research. A total CFU number also does not, by itself, establish clinical effectiveness.

Read our separate evidence guides to L. reuteri, L. paracasei, B. lactis, inulin and tricalcium phosphate.
